  • If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your Funkyapa Wallet, within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size , please contact our customer service team by email at support@funkyapa.comor by WhatsApp .
  • Our team will assist you in placing a new order and will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the original product.
  • Once we receive the original product and verify its condition, we will process your exchange within 7 business days.
